Our Big Trip

In February 2002, we quit our jobs, moved out of our apartment,

moved most of our belongings into storage, and said goodbye to Los Angeles.

On February 28 we hit the road.

Until some time in October 2002, we will be traveling through most of the United States,

with brief forays into Canada.

During this time we are living in our van mostly,

with some time spent at homes of friends and family, and a little time in hotels.

This trip was funded primarily through wedding gifts.

So although it's fairly specific,

we may ignore it at any time

We were hoping to update this site from the road

with stories and pictures of our adventures,

but we are probably not going to manage to do that after all.

However, we are sending out travel updates periodically.
